Role: Payroll Administrator
Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Payroll Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working in a payroll office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
  • Sage Payroll software programs.
  • Jarrison Clocking system program.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Managed a payroll of +/- 1500 employees.
  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related payroll matters.
  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
  • Calculating hours, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Resolve payroll errors.
  • Prepare reports for weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Able to meet weekly and month payroll deadlines.
  • UI-19 reports
  • IRP5 distribution
  • Able to manager staff within the team.
