As a Payments Product Associate within the Market and Product Expansion team, you will be at the forefront of product growth and market expansion. Your role will involve supporting client and regulatory requirements, ensuring our products meet compliance standards. • Research and analyse market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviour to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Assist in the development of collateral tailored to specific markets.
• Understand and follow defined regulatory procedures to confirm our products meet regulatory requirements prior to release.
• Follow and assist with the development of the product's risk and compliance model.
• Identify inefficiencies in regulatory processes and propose solutions.
• Manage delivery of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven expertise in Product Management
• Expertise in Project Management.
• Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
