Job Description

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and accuracy? We're looking for a Payments Clerk to join our Finance team in Cape Town.
Location: Cape Town
Department: Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Loading daily payments onto the AJS system.
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality when processing financial information.
Managing work volumes effectively while maintaining high service delivery standards.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (banking experience would be advantageous).
Systems Knowledge: Proficient in AJS, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and file directory systems.
Skills & Qualities:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric qualification.
Relevant work experience (advantageous).
Strong computer literacy.
