Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented L1 technician to join our Patch Management, Compliance, and Audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the patch management process, performing basic compliance checks, and supporting audit activities. This is an entry-level position ideal for an individual looking to start a career in IT security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the deployment of patches and security updates.
Monitor the status of patch deployments and report on any failures.
Perform basic compliance checks to ensure that systems are configured according to security policies.
Assist with the collection of evidence for internal and external audits.
Create and maintain documentation for patch management and compliance activities.
Escalate issues to the L2 team as required.
Qualifications and Experience
A certificate or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
A basic understanding of IT security concepts.
A strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
