Develop seasonal dessert menus and contribute to overall menu innovation

Oversee daily preparation and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

Maintain accurate stock levels, manage ingredient rotation, and assist with cost control

Ensure strict adherence to

HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards

Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Train, mentor, and supervise junior pastry staff where required

Requirements

3-5 years' experience
/strong
as a Pastry Chef in a

fine-dining or luxury environment

Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, chocolate work, and plated desserts

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

p
Creativity and innovation while maintaining consistency and brand standards
