to lead our kitchen team in an upmarket retirement home.What You'll Do:
Preparing high quality meals Five star presentation of meals Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards. Regular liaison with client and residents to ensure that the client's needs are met .
What We're Looking For:
A passion for culinary innovation and presentation. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and allergen management. A passion and skill for pastries and baking will be advantageous A professional chef qualification. Own transport will be beneficial Willingness to work long hours and weekends
