We're looking for a
Pastry Chef
who's creative, consistent, and passionate about soulful, feel-good food. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in a close-knit, proudly local team, where everything we serve is made with love (and a little flair).
What You'll Do
Bake a range of pastries, breads, and desserts daily--from classics to modern delights
Develop new recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Collaborate with the team on specials and menu updates
Keep your pastry station clean, calm, and under control
Manage stock, prep lists, and daily mise en place
What You'll Bring
2+ years experience in a pastry or bakery setting
Strong baking and plating skills
Creativity and a love for experimenting with flavour
Great time management and focus under pressure
A warm spirit and a team-first attitude
Bonus if you've worked with gluten-free, vegan or health-conscious recipes--but it's not a must.
