Skills and Experience required:

  • A pastry/dessert chef with 3-8 years' experience in a top bakery, bistro or boutique restaurant
  • A creative mind with strong technical fundamentals: lamination, custards, breads, cakes
  • A flair for visual presentation and a deep respect for flavour balance
  • Someone who thrives in high-energy environments and can help build a pastry offering from scratch
  • Willingness to relocate to a beautiful hospitality setting near the Kruger National Park
Key responsibilities:
  • Inventive plated desserts with bold textures and flavour profiles
  • Freshly baked pastries that start mornings off right
