? Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods

? Ensure consistency and excellence in presentation and flavour across all pastry items
/p

??? Support the Head Pastry Chef and senior pastry team with daily operations
/p
p
? Maintain strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety within the pastry section
/p
p
? Assist with stock control, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients
/p
p
? Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings
/p
p
? Requirements:
/p
p
? Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Pastry Chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality
/p
p
? Strong technical pastry skills with attention to detail and creativity
/p
p
? Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure
/p
p
? Knowledge of kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety regulations
/p
p
? Genuine passion for pastry and a drive to deliver excellence
/p

? Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
