Lead, motivate, and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve sales, gross profit, and CSI targets
Develop and implement effective pre-owned vehicle sales strategies and promotions
Manage pre-owned vehicle stock, including sourcing, pricing, ageing, and turn
Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of pre-owned vehicle sales executives
Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handling escalated complaints professionally
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance & Insurance, and Aftersales departments to maximise sales and profitability
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM guidelines, and audit requirements
Oversee departmental budgets and cost management
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Pre-Owned/Used Vehicle Sales Management within a passenger vehicle dealership
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximising profitability
Strong understanding of stock management, pricing strategies, and dealer processes
Experience working within a high-volume or multi-franchise dealership
Knowledge of dealer management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms
Valid Driver's Licence
Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
