Manage and lead the new vehicle sales department to achieve sales volume, gross profit, and CSI targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with OEM and dealership objectives
Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage new vehicle sales executives
Ensure optimal stock levels, model mix, and ageing control in line with OEM guidelines
Drive lead management processes from enquiry to delivery, ensuring high conversion rates
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and reporting
Ensure compliance with OEM sales standards, CI requirements, and audit processes
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance & Insurance, and Aftersales departments
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure excellent customer experience
Manage departmental budgets and cost controls
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a New Vehicle Sales Management role within a passenger vehicle dealership
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of OEM processes, sales reporting, and dealership operations
Valid Driver's Licence
OEM brand certification or manufacturer training
Experience working within a high-volume or multi-franchise dealership
Knowledge of dealer management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms
Key performance indicators
Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
