Develop and implement passenger vehicle marketing strategies aligned to OEM and dealership objectives
Plan, ideate, and manage content that reflects brand style, corporate identity, and customer value propositions
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website content, online advertising, and CRM integrations
Analyse social media and digital performance using analytics tools to optimise campaigns and ROI
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales, finance, and aftersales departments
Oversee agency relationships, creative suppliers, and media partners
Ensure compliance with OEM marketing guidelines and CI standards
Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign performance and lead quality
Lead and mentor internal marketing staff or coordinate cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Professional Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or related field
Minimum 3+ years' experience in Marketing Management in the motor industry in a dealership environment
Strong understanding of social media analytics, digital metrics, and reporting tools
Proven experience in content ideation, planning, and execution
Solid knowledge of branding, corporate identity, and customer engagement strategies
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling content and campaigns
Commercial mindset with sales-driven marketing focus
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven dealership environment
