Structure finance deals to suit customer and dealership requirements
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (NCA, FAIS, FICA, CPA, POPIA, etc.)
Present finance and insurance products clearly and effectively to customers
Secure finance approvals and negotiate terms with banks and other financial institutions
Maximise F&I income opportunities through the sale of value-added products (warranties, insurance, maintenance/service plans, etc.)
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of contracts and applications
Build strong relationships with banks, insurance companies, and service providers
Deliver professional, customer-centric service to all clients
Compile and submit accurate monthly F&I performance reports to management
Stay up to date with industry changes, compliance updates, and product knowledge
Requirements / Qualifications:
Fully qualified with 35 years experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the motor industry
RE5 qualification (Regulatory Exam for Representatives)
FAIS compliant with an active FSP registration
NCA accreditation (National Credit Act)
Matric / Grade 12 essential (a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous)
Valid drivers licence
Proven track record of consistently achieving F&I targets and maintaining excellent compliance scores
Strong sales ability with excellent bank negotiation skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
Excellent administrative and reporting skills with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure
