Responsibilities: Full creditors function, including:
Capturing and processing supplier invoices
Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
Reconciling supplier statements
Preparing payments for authorization
Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties:
Capturing transactions accurately
Maintaining proper filing and financial records
Liaising with suppliers regarding queries and discrepancies
Assisting with month-end processes where required
Supporting the senior bookkeeper or accountant as needed
Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years previous experience as a Junior Bookkeeper and/or Creditors Clerk
Experience within the automotive industry (autobody / panel shop environment advantageous)
Solid understanding of creditors processes
Good numerical and administrative skills
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
