A well-established luxury retail and wholesale brand is seeking a part-time Social Media & Marketing Assistant to elevate its digital presence. This remote, flexible role (8-10 hours per week) is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in content creation, social media marketing, and brand storytelling within the luxury space.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting
Craft engaging and polished content for email campaigns, blog posts, and digital materials
Maintain a consistent brand voice tailored to high-end clientele
Email Marketing
Design and manage professional, visually appealing email campaigns
Segment and grow mailing lists, track performance, and implement improvements
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and propose content themes and campaign concepts aligned with the brand's identity
Support broader digital marketing goals with strategic input
Visual Design & Brand Aesthetic
Create on-brand visuals using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop
Ensure consistency in typography, imagery, and design elements across platforms
Social Media Management (with strong focus on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
Plan, schedule, and manage weekly content
Engage audiences and build community while maintaining a luxurious brand presence
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance of campaigns and posts (email + social)
Provide monthly reports with actionable insights
Project & Time Management
Work independently while meeting weekly goals
Communicate proactively and manage a small volume of ongoing marketing tasks
Requirements
Experience in luxury branding, fashion, design, or premium lifestyle sectors
Strong copywriting skills
Proficiency with Mailchimp, Canva, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies
Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills
Keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
