Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media presence with daily, on-brand content.
Edit short-form videos (footage provided) into scroll-stopping Reels and TikToks.
Engage with our online community by responding to messages, comments, and DMs in a friendly manner.
Convert leads by following up with interested prospects and helping them schedule apartment tours.
Track trends, keep content fresh, and stay responsive and organized to keep everything flowing smoothly.
