We're looking for a
part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR / Appointment Setter)
to help connect clinics with our proven marketing systems. This role is fully remote, 20 hrs/week, and US-based hours -- perfect if you're a go-getter who loves talking to people, booking meetings, and supporting sales growth.
What you'll do
Connect with inbound leads quickly and qualify if they're ready to scale.
Reach out to clinics from lead lists (calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn/Facebook).
Book meetings and demos for our Account Executives.
Ask smart discovery questions to uncover goals, challenges, and fit.
Keep notes organized in Monday.com and stay on top of daily activity goals.
What success looks like
Quick response time to new leads (under 5 minutes ).
50-80 calls a day + 30-50 personalized emails.
Booking 20+ qualified meetings per month.
Clear communication + detailed hand-offs to AEs.
What we're looking for
2+ years experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead gen.
Strong cold calling and outbound/email skills.
Confident, clear English communication (spoken + written).
Comfortable with CRMs (Monday.com a plus), RingCentral, LinkedIn.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Bonus points if you have
Background in healthcare, PT, or medical marketing.
SaaS/solutions sales experience.
Familiarity with HIPAA or healthcare compliance.
Compensation
Base:
$14/hr
Bonus/Commission:
$3/hr
Total OTE:
$17/hr
