Part-Time Meeting Leader in Cape Town.

Saturdays

, so this is a perfect job for someone studying or wishing to combine it with another part-time job.

Role and Responsibilities

Hosting information meetings on Saturdays and during the week (when required), Occasional presentations at schools and universities Drop-off of marketing material at various schools throughout the city on an adhoc basis. Conducting personal interviews; on Saturdays and during the week depending on the request and availability of the customer. Writing a detailed profile of each interviewed candidate. Sharing the written profiles with the Regional Manager within a deadline. Setting up the meeting room and ensuring candidates feel comfortable. Answering questions and addressing concerns of the applicants. Using the digital platforms and training systems provided by Cultural Care Au Pair.

The successful candidate

Someone who enjoys presenting and working with people, and is comfortable promoting our program by hosting information meetings and leading face-to-face screening interviews with potential candidates Articulate and good at writing Able to keep tight deadlines and is punctual Self-motivated and disciplined Capable of taking on responsibility Has their own laptop and transport.

Compensation

R 350.00 per presentation R 100.00 per personal profile written and submitted
