A leading design and architectural studio in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of dynamic, high-impact retail interior spaces. • xf0x9fxa7x91xe2x80x8dxf0x9fxa4x9dxe2x80x8dxf0x9fxa7x91 Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead internal design and technical teams, liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure clear communication and aligned objectives.

• xf0x9fx9bxa0xefxb8x8f Site & Installation Oversight

Manage all on-site activities including shop fitting, installations, and quality control to ensure timely and accurate execution.

• xf0x9fx93x8b Project Planning & Coordination

Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept through to completion.

• xf0x9fxa7xb0 Problem Solving & Decision Making

Tackle on-site challenges efficiently, ensuring that the design vision and practical functionality are maintained.

• xf0x9fxa7xbe Documentation & Compliance

Oversee site reports, snag lists, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and municipal requirements.xe2x9cx85 Requirements:

• xf0x9fx93x85 3-5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in interior fit-out project management, preferably within retail environments
• xf0x9fx8fx97xefxb8x8f Strong background in shop fitting, construction, or architectural installation processes
• xf0x9fx91xb7xe2x80x8dxe2x99x82xefxb8x8f Proven ability to manage multiple sites and contractors simultaneously
• xf0x9fx93x90 Understanding of technical drawings and the design-to-build process
• xf0x9fxa7x91xe2x80x8dxf0x9fx92xbc Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
• xf0x9fx93x8d Cape Town-based with flexibility to travel to sites as needed
• xf0x9fx9ax97 Valid driver's license essential
