Job Description
Retail Box is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
E-Commerce Website Coordinator
to manage and maintain our Shopify website. This is a part-time on site position ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, has strong Shopify experience, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily website maintenance including stock availability, discontinuations, and product updates. Manage price changes, product promotions, and new product uploads. Ensure products are correctly categorised and presented to enhance user experience. Monitor website functionality, identify bugs, and coordinate timely fixes and optimisations. Collaborate with the marketing team to update product descriptions, images, reviews, and engaging content. Maintain a fresh, visually appealing website by regularly updating imagery and featured items.
Requirements:
Extensive experience working with Shopify
- this is essential. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Solid understanding of e-commerce principles and customer experience. Ability to work independently and proactively. Comfortable using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, image editors, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.If you're a Shopify pro who loves clean, efficient e-commerce and enjoys working part-time hours, we'd love to hear from you!
