We're looking for a proactive and creative Digital Online Coordinator & Graphic Designer to join a business in the communications technology space. This part-time role (2 days per week) offers the opportunity to manage the company's digital presence, create high-quality visual content, maintain the e-Commerce platform, and provide occasional support to sales operations combining technical, creative, and operational responsibilities in one dynamic position.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update the company website (WordPress)
Maintain and optimise online store (WordPress/WooCommerce)
Develop and edit HTML content and WordPress pages
Photograph and edit product images for web use
Create digital graphics for advertising and marketing purposes (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)
Assist in creating and editing instructional videos for website and customer use
Provide occasional support in handling sales (walk-in, email, or telephonic) when necessary
Requirements
A Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field
Additional certifications in WordPress, HTML/CSS, or Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous
Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
Solid understanding of HTML and basic website development
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Basic product photography and image editing skills
Creative eye for design and digital content
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to assist in sales or customer queries when required
Interest or knowledge in telecommunications or fibre optic products
Video editing skills
