Job Description

Administrative Support

: Assist with filing, record-keeping, and general office organization

Communication

: Handle incoming telephone calls and provide courteous customer service

Orders Management

: Support with processing and tracking orders

Finance Assistance

: Provide basic support to the finance team (e.g., data entry, reconciliations, documentation)

HR Assistance

: Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee files and supporting recruitment activities

General Office Duties

: Contribute to smooth daily operations as required

Experience:

Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
