- Accurate invoicing according to purchase orders received as well as ensure cash payments are received.
- Following and adhering to the companiesxe2x80x99 parts, quoting and ordering procedures.
- Following and adhering to the companyxe2x80x99s credit procedures.
- Parts Related Admin, daily filing of all invoices, quotations, purchase orders
- Overseeing the parts warehouse with overhead cranes and forklifts
- Dealing with clients
- Budgets
- Forklift experience with license an advantage
- Customer service
- Increase Sales targets, increasing customers numbers
- Product knowledge, enhancing your sales processes
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
- Must have previous parts experience
- Matric
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft excel is essential)
- Parts Sales experience(non-negotiable)
- Tertiary qualification in sales/ basic stores keeping or related (preferred)
- Forklift or reach truck Licence (an advantage)
- Overhead crane operating licence (an advantage
