? Coordinate and expedite the procurement of local parts
? Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
? Maintenance of the pricing platform
? Resolution of problems
? Ensuring all purchase orders are valid and current
? General office duties and administration
? Sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers for the procurement of alternate goods in accordance with local procurement policies and procedures
? Handling of day-to-day purchase requests for spare parts
? Ensuring all purchase orders on the system are current and up to date
? Expediting open purchase orders
? Ensure Internal customers are kept up to date with ETA's, supply delays etc.
? Resolving of supply queries regarding quality, over and under supply etc.
? Monitor Supplier performance and SLA's
? Ensure the pricing platform is kept up to date with all variances between local and factory prices
? Ensure that all technical specifications are effectively communicated between Suppliers and Customers
