Key Responsibilities
Achieve
parts sales targets
and manage pricing, margins, and discounts.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in mining, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Provide technical advice on diesel engine and generator parts.
Support service teams with parts for maintenance and breakdowns.
Lead and coach the parts sales team; set KPIs and performance metrics.
Ensure accurate ERP/CRM data and timely reporting on revenue, GP%, and inventory health.
Requirements
5+ years
experience in parts sales/management within generators, diesel engines, or heavy equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines.
Proven ability to manage
P&L for parts
, pricing, and inventory.
Proficiency in ERP systems and general computer proficiency.
Matric
required; relevant technical or sales qualification advantageous.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Candidates who are South African Citizens or Permanent Residents will be given preference in accordance with South African Labour Law.
