Parts Sales Executive

will be responsible for reaching monthly targets, managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery to meet the needs of our customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment..

Minimum Requirements

Min 3 years' experience in administrative field (Motor industry parts distribution experience advatageous) Previous experience in parts administration, inventory management, or a related field Proficient computer skills, including Evolve software Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Clear criminal record Valid drivers lisence

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide quick and efficient service to all customers (internal & external ) Ensure accurate stock interpretation Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of parts and supplies Placing all orders in Importer system on behalf of sales personnel Process all creditor/supplier invoices on DMS Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality Works closely with internal departments to fulfill parts requests Maintain outstanding order listing and reconcile backorders Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders Maintain organised and efficient storage of parts inventory Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation as needed Ensure that no parts leave the dealership without the proper and correct documentation Responsible for follow up on any outstanding client accounts Responsible for prospecting new and potential clients Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures regarding Parts Department * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
