Minimum Requirements
Diploma / Advanced Certificate in Retail Sales or related field 5 years' experience in Vehicle Sales Management in a Multifranchise dealer environment Computer literate (MS Office) Fluent in Afrikaans & English Valid Drivers lisence Clear Criminal record
Knowledge, skills and abilities;
Proven Networker Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets Ability to analyse monthly financial reports High attention to detail, organised & structured Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform under pressure & multitask Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and
implement sales activities
to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets. Conductmarket research
andcompetitor analysis
using advanced data insights. Develop and executeinnovative marketing initiatives
across digital platforms. Managecustomer relationships
with a focus on satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Oversee dealership finances
, administration, and reporting with precision.Lead vehicle valuation
, reconditioning, and pricing strategies using modern tools. Conductresource planning
and drivetalent development
for a high-performing team. Inspire and lead the sales team toachieve objectives
