Job Title: Parts Manager



Location: Motus VW Fourways



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager with expertise in Volkswagen vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Volkswagen vehicles and extensive knowledge of their parts and components.



Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to technicians and customers Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to optimize profitability Create and execute marketing strategies to promote parts sales Train and mentor parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience working in a parts department, with a focus on Volkswagen vehicles Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment A valid driver's license and clean driving record


Preferred Qualifications:

ASE certification in parts management Experience working with Volkswagen dealership software systems Bachelor's degree in business or related field
