Oversee the running of the parts department and staff member/s
Support both internal and external customers with parts related enquires
Create quotes, captures sales orders and follow up on back-orders
Call, action and file all parts related documents and reports
Monitor personal and departmental KPI's and strive to meet set targets
Monitor stocking and sales trends to maintain a high level of parts availability
Maintain excellent customer relationships and a high level of service
Ensure cycle counts and stock-takes are carried out in line with the requirements
Ensure that all company policies and processes are always adhered to
Maintain safe working conditions
Maintain good housekeeping
Carry out after hour stand-by duties
Ensure company polices are adhered to.
REQUIREMENTS
:
Matric / ABET 4
2-3 years of Bell Parts sales and Administrative experience
Must have strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Must be self-motivated and resourceful
Must be computer literate with good a knowledge of the Parts systems
SAP and Bell product knowledge is essential
Valid driver's licence
