Introduction:
Komatsu South Africa is seeking a passionate Parts Administrator to join their operations team in Germiston. The preferred candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in both sales and warehouse functions. The individual will assist with parts ordering/warehouse functions.
Qualification:

• Grade 12
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management or NQF 6 related field (advantage).

Experience:

• 1-year experience in a sales and warehouse function.

Specific Requirements:

• MS Excel (Basic)
• SAP Ordering (Basic)

Job Specification:

• Assists with the execution of the parts ordering process.
• Checking receipt of stock and verifying delivery note vs stock delivery.
• Generating required output from the system - picking slips, labels, invoices, delivery notes, goods issued slips.
• Implements the Komatsu Way 5Ss - sorting, organizing, cleaning, ordering, and training.
• Filing all source documentation for financial audit purposes.
• Receiving part from the customer with a physical invoice.
• Capturing stock count results on the system.
• Performing administrative tasks specific to the section, such as help desks, customer liaison, and assisting with specific documentation.
• Prepare parts for return to supplier and follow up on credit notes due.
• Prepare parts to be issued out on Work Orders in advance.
• Carrying out Bin Audits.
• Ensure the corrective administrative measures are followed to receive and return incorrect parts delivered to the warehouse.

Do regular reports on back orders with ETA's.
