Strategic B2B Partnerships
Identify and pitch
marketing agencies
and businesses for joint ventures.
Find agencies we can partner with (instead of hiring) for

Media, Podcast & Webinar Booking
Pitch our team for podcast features and interviews.
Invite high-profile guests, professionals, and creators to our webinars, events, and content series.
Cold Outreach & Deal Closing
Execute
daily email and DM outreach
campaigns.
Set up meetings, take calls, present the company, and
close deals
confidently.
Reach out on behalf of the CEO and the brand with professionalism.
Research & Talent Sourcing
Independently conduct deep research to find the
right decision-makers
, talent, creators, partners, or agencies.
Identify opportunities before they are assigned, proactively fulfill needs.
Brand Representation
Create and deliver
company/brand presentations
for pitches and meetings.
Represent Skymium at events, networking sessions, and industry gatherings.
Be comfortable appearing in
brand videos
when needed.
Content & Social Collaboration
Work with the social media team to ensure
brand consistency
in messaging and visuals.
Participate in brand video content when required.
Network & Relationship Management
Maintain an organized CRM to track all leads, contacts, follow-ups, and conversations.
Keep relationships warm and productive through consistent communication.
Requirements
2-4 years
of experience in Business Development, PR, Influencer Marketing, or Agency Client Relations.
Flawless English communication
(written & verbal), must be confident communicating with CEOs, creators, and partners.
Proven experience in
cold outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
.
Strong research skills, ability to find the correct decision-makers (not generic emails).
Persistence and resilience, sees "no" as "not right now."
Ability to manage multiple conversations, deals, and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable being in
brand videos
and representing the company publicly.
Experience with talent sourcing, partnerships, presentations, and event representation is a strong plus.
