Partnership Sales Manager - Johannesburg/Durban, South Africa
The Partnership Sales Manager plays a critical role in developing and securing new business partnerships at both local and regional levels. This role requires a proactive, passionate individual who can create their own sales leads and rapidly convert centrally driven inquiries into signed deals.

Responsibilities:
-Deliver new partner locations each year, driving system revenue growth of 5M+ annually.
-Target building owners, franchise operators, and competitors across diverse commercial structures.
-Build awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition through B2B relationship development.
-Identify, contact, and pitch to prospective partners through networking, local canvassing, and cold calling.
-Source partners capable of accelerating network growth through building conversions or new developments.
-Present and sell the range of partnership solutions, leading negotiations, and securing internal approval for new deals.
-Work closely with the legal team to finalize and sign partnership contracts.
-Spend significant time in the field, generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals.
Requirements:
-Proven sales and/or B2B business development experience in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
-A self-starter with a strong track record of generating leads and achieving results independently.
-Demonstrated ability to find and close high-value deals with speed, determination, and focus.
-Entrepreneurial and deal-focused mindset, with a willingness to take smart risks to achieve success.
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage and influence varied audiences.
-Strong business and financial acumen, bringing credibility to commercial discussions.
-Resilient and able to perform under pressure, with an independent and solution-driven approach.
Basic Salary R520 000 per annum & Attractive commission structure if targets are met + Benefits
