Job Title: Transaction Manager Private Equity Commercial Real Estate
Location: Remote (Must be available to work PST hours)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Transaction Manarger with a strong background in commercial real estate and/or legal/paralegal work to support our growing private equity real estate team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, process-heavy environments. You will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of property acquisitions and ensuring seamless execution of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the 90-day acquisition process for commercial real estate transactions from LOI to close
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, brokers, legal counsel, title/escrow, and third-party vendors
Maintain and organize critical transaction documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
Analyze legal, financial, and operational data related to property deals and flag any risks or inconsistencies
Track deliverables and deadlines, proactively resolving roadblocks to ensure timely execution
Report directly to the Escrow Division Lead, supporting their efforts in scaling operations and maintaining high standards of execution

Qualifications:
25 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, escrow/closing, or legal/paralegal work (ideally both)
Familiarity with purchase and sale agreements, title/escrow documents, and diligence processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and document management systems
Prior experience working in private equity, real estate investment, or transaction coordination preferred
Must be comfortable working in a fully remote environment and aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
