About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal correspondence and dispute-related emails, and managing general legal administrative work. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, confident in managing legal tasks independently, and comfortable using AI tools to streamline and improve their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and format contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Prepare and respond to legal letters, dispute-related emails, and other correspondence professionally and effectively. Conduct legal research where necessary to support contract or dispute matters. Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation and records. Utilize AI tools to assist with document drafting, research, and legal process optimization. Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders on legal matters where required.

3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role. Proven experience drafting contracts and agreements with minimal supervision. Strong experience handling email disputes, formal letters, and legal communications. Good understanding of AI tools and willingness to leverage technology in daily tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple priorities.
