WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with clients on campaign progress, performance, and problem-solving
  • Design and execute multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing strategies, including Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), Video, and more with a primary focus on lead generation
  • Harness several online tools to carry out analysis and to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts
  • Relentlessly test and analyse paid search ad copy and creatives to maximize ROI
  • Execute and analyse monthly paid media business metrics, budgets and reports
  • Research and evaluate new campaign opportunities and identify fresh ways to expand client reach and performance
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, bid management systems, keyword research, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax)
  • Microsoft Ads
  • Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, Funnel Optimizations with a proven track record of growing brand awareness and ROI
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant major
  • Advanced web skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel, search engine interfaces, and ad management platforms
  • The ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge and strong attention to detail
  • Able to make data driven decisions based on analytics data
  • Google analytics 4
  • Landing page optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with personal discipline to manage and optimize campaigns
  • Ability to adjust methods to match CPL/CPA and conversion requirements for unique campaigns
  • Budget-conscious with proven planning and execution skills
  • Able to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable receiving and learn from constructive criticism in a professional manner with a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth
