What You'll Do:
Plan, execute, and optimize
multi-channel paid media campaigns
across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Build fully integrated strategies that focus on
lead generation, funnel optimization
, and campaign scalability
Use a range of digital tools and platforms to analyze campaign data and make informed optimizations
Relentlessly test and refine audience targeting to
maximize ROI
Monitor and report on
key campaign metrics
, budgets, and pacing -- identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Conduct research into new channels and campaign formats to improve reach, efficiency, and lead quality
Stay current with digital trends, platform updates, bid strategies, and industry best practices
Collaborate closely with design, content, and CRM teams to ensure end-to-end campaign performance
Focus on both
front-end performance
(ad engagement, CPL, CTR) and
backend outcomes
(lead quality, conversions, client ROI)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
with:
+ Meta Ads,
+ Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
+ Experience in LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Microsoft ads are a bonus Deep understanding of

, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and high-ROI lead generation
A minimum
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
or a relevant major is beneficial but experience is key
Advanced web skills and
