Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
Set up, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise campaign ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to implement best practices.
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
* Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics & HubSpot.
