This role calls for a digital strategist with a flair for paid media. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping campaigns that drive visibility and results for global brands in the commercial real estate sector.
What you'll do

• Design, launch, and refine digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and paid social channels.
• Monitor performance metrics (think ROI and KPIs) like a hawk with a dashboard.
• Spot trends and insights like a digital detective; then act on them.
• Build killer conversion funnels with internal teams that turn interest into action.
• Dive into customer journeys across all touchpoints to improve user experiences.
• Present strategy, progress, and results to clients and teammates like a pro.
• Dream up creative growth hacks and strategies.
• Explore emerging technologies and feed them into new business opportunities.
• Bring thought leadership and fresh ideas to the digital table.

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 3 - 5 years of hands-on paid media experience
• A way with words; written and spoken English must be flawless
• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube; you know the drill)
• Working knowledge of paid social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Insta, TikTok, and X)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they link to SEM efforts
• Solid grasp of Google Analytics and similar analytics tools
• Funnel-focused; you love turning interest into impact
• Obsessed with optimisation and continuous improvement
• A flair for identifying and engaging target audiences through thumb-stopping content

• This role is hybrid - work from the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Optional work from home on Tuesday and Thursday.
