Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for diverse clients. In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platform tools and features. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Certifications in Meta advertising. Experience with other paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on Meta platforms. Create and launch targeted ads on Meta platforms to reach specific audience segments. Conduct keyword research and manage bid strategies to maximize ROl. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise ads for better results. Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to adjust strategies accordingly. Implement retargeting strategies to maximize conversions and increase ROl. A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve campaign performance. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Optimise ad budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective campaigns. Ensure ad campaigns comply with Meta advertising policies and guidelines. Continuously assess and refine audience targeting to improve ad performance. * Stay informed about new advertising features and tools on Meta platforms and test their effectiveness.
