As a Paid Ads Specialist (meta) you play a key role within our organization. Your mission is to define our short- and long-term strategy with a strong focus on
Paid Social Advertising on Meta
! You translate insights into recommendations and contribute to the innovation of oursocial media content
across platforms such asInstagram, TikTok, and Facebook
.You work closely

with otherspecialists from the Digital Marketing team
and ourcontent specialists

for all things related toPaid Social Advertising
.Your Role
Developing and optimizing
theB2C
social media strategy(main focus on paid meta)
Setting up
lead generation, sales, and awareness campaigns
Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance
Managing
social media KPIs & budget
Building and maintaining
aloyal fan base
Identifying and
capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities
You Bring
As a
Paid Ads Specialist
you will play a significant role in expandingP1 Travel
bothnationally and internationally
.?
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work and thinking level)
?
2 years of experience in Paid Ads on Meta
(international experience is a plus, experience in Paid Ads is a must!)?
Data analysis & interpretation skills
, proven knowledge ofGA4/META
?
Experience in Paid Social Advertising is a must!
(This role focuses heavily on paid social)?
Experience with TikTok & Influencer Marketing
?
Always looking for ways to improve
