5+ years managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proven track record of delivering measurable results (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio (Looker Studio), and conversion tracking
Deep understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
Great at working directly with clients and able to manage multiple client accounts and communicate clearly with creative, content, and project management teams
Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient at using analytic tools and discussing and optimizing with clients
Nice to Have
Experience with GoHighLevel or other marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce ad integrations
Creative mindset for UGC testing and ad creative direction.
What you'll do
Paid Advertising Management
Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and LinkedIn
Implement advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies
Create, test, and scale ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions and ROI
Manage budgets and pacing across multiple accounts while maintaining strong performance metrics
Track campaign performance in real time, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives as needed
SEO & Organic Growth
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page improvements
Build keyword strategies, meta structures, and backlink campaigns that boost domain authority
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in blogs, web pages, and landing pages
Monitor Google Search Console and analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
Data, Reporting & Optimization
Build client performance dashboards and generate monthly/weekly reports summarizing KPIs, trends, and ROI
Analyze performance data to identify actionable insights, new growth channels, and testing opportunities
Present campaign performance results to internal teams and clients with clear recommendations for next steps
