Our client, a market leader in the Agricultural (Citrus) Industry, based in Kirkwood, is currently looking to employ an experienced Packhouse Manager.

Requirements:
- Matric
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- Bilingual would be advantageous.
- Computer Literate.
- Experience in operating of electronic sizer.
- Background in the citrus packing industry with minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 packing line experience would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of local and export quality standards.
- High capacity to represent the brand.
- General business acumen.
- Multitasking within the team.
- Remain attentive in an often-busy environment.
- Coordination of packing operations during shift.
- Ensure that marketing requirements are followed with regards to variety types, market requirements and quality.
- Adhering to quality standards in accordance with the Citrus Packing guidexe2x80x99s requirements around internal and external quality as well as packing and pallet standards.
- Resource and cost management.
- Adhering to food safety standards.
- Increase productivity by means of continuous motivation and performance measurements.
