Patensie Area xe2x80x93 Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Packhouse Manager to join the team. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Matric, relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Compact machine and Paltrack will be an advantage
- Management of people
- Good planning skills
- Computer literate
- Strong leadership, perseverance, hardworking and self-driven
- Valid Drivers license
- Grading, sorting, sampling, and packing of citrus for the export market
- Monitor of Colorization processes
- Planning
- Training of workers
- Admin, unpacking reports, and record keeping
- Process packet instructions
- Quality control of products and tasks.
- Communication with and between employees, management and PPECB
- Off-season xe2x80x93 preparation for next season, including mechanical maintenance as well as helping out on the farm where necessary
