Minimum of 3 years experience in packaging or production leadership role, preferably in high -SKU manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in the promotional branding or related industry would be advantageous.
Strong operational mindset with deep understanding of packaging processes, materials, and quality assurance
Strong knowledge of automated packaging systems.
Skilled in enforcing standards and building a culture of accountability
Proven ability to conduct technical trails and optimize production line.
Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Packages.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA
Lead and manage subordinates in a way that promotes ethical standards.
Manage subordinates' performance, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner with HR to address people management issues such as discipline, absenteeism, recruitment, and other concerns aligned with Amrod's policies and procedures.
Identify skills gaps and coordinate relevant training and development initiatives.
Develop and implement optimized packaging standards, process and procedures.
Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to identify gaps in the current process, improve methods, minimize downtime.
Define packaging specifications and collaborate with supply chain and logistics to communicate requirements to overseas and local suppliers. This includes facilitation of efficient packing and branding processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics and branding teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in the packaging processes.
Establish packaging standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to packaging specifications and prevent shortages.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on packaging KPIs
Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible, including change control and versioning of processes.
