Production Packaging Process Leader
Job Description
We are looking for a Packaging Process Leader that has experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Packaging process leader is accountable for safe, compliant and efficient packaging performance on schedule, to specification, with minimal loss.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Adhere to GMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements
2. Leadership and Team Management
3. Production Oversight.
4. Quality Control and Assurance
5. Process Optimization
6. Safety and Compliance
7. Data Analysis and Reporting
8. Collaboration with Other Departments
9. Continuous Improvement
10. Equipment Management
11. Resource Management
12. Problem Solving and Decision-Making
13. Customer Focus
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Grade 12
A relevant post-matric qualification, such as a Certificate in GMP, Production Management, or a related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. Minimum 3-years experience as a production process leader, or in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of production safety regulations and best practices.
3. Knowledge of production process and GMP regulations.
4. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software used for inventory management and data entry
