PERSONAL ASSISTANT COUNTRY GUIDE MANAGEMENT- Epping Industrial
R18000 - R25000 depending on experience
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual with a personal assistant profile to act as a Country Guide and Documentation Manager to our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and maintenance of country-specific guides, relocation documentation, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met across all brands and client services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Country Guides & Documentation Management:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive country-specific relocation guides that cover vital information such as immigration policies, customs regulations, tax laws, housing, transportation, healthcare, and more.
  • Ensure that all documentation required for relocation (visa applications, work permits, customs forms, etc.) is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with the latest legal and regulatory standards in each country.
  • Coordinate with local experts and internal teams to compile and review content for the guides, making sure that it is relevant, clear, and user-friendly.
  • Monitor changes in international laws and regulations affecting relocations and ensure that all processes comply with those changes.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing policies related to international relocation documentation and compliance.
  • Work closely with relocation teams across various brands to ensure consistency and alignment in processes and documentation management.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on new guidelines, regulatory updates, and documentation processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of documentation statuses and compliance across all relocations.

- Matric, minimum of 4 years PA experience, certificate in administration
