We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Senior Business Administrator or Senior Operations Manager to support the executive team and oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the company.
This role combines administrative support and operational management, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks, projects, and resources.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Company Secretary Duties
:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Screen and manage incoming communications (phone calls, emails, etc.), prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executives when necessary.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, ensuring the executives' schedules are well-managed.
Operations Management
:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all systems, processes, and workflows run efficiently.
Coordinate and manage internal projects, working closely with different teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the workspace is always well-equipped and organized.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to align operational needs with company goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of various departments or business units.
Team Management & Coordination
:
Act as a point of contact between the management team and other employees or external stakeholders.
Organize and schedule team meetings, ensuring effective communication across departments.
Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members, if applicable.
Provide support for team building and fostering a positive company culture.
