Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team within the specialized non-ferrous metals sector. The ideal candidate will be a technical seller, capable of increasing client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Requirements & Experience

Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience

within the metals, engineering, electronic waste or industrial supplies sector.

Essential ability to work effectively under pressure

and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced sales cycle.

Strong technical knowledge

of non-ferrous metals (e.g., aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, etc.), including common alloys and their applications.

Familiarity with industry-specific legislation and components

related to metal usage, quality standards, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets. Valid driver's license and reliable transport. Clear criminal record
Core Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within manufacturing, construction, and engineering industries. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts. Provide expert advise and technical solutions to clients regarding product selection, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information using a CRM system.
Ideal Attributes (A Distinct Advantage)

Existing client database or established network

within the local non-ferrous metals industry. A relevant technical qualification (e.g., Engineering Diploma, Metallurgy Certificate, or equivalent).
