We are seeking a diligent, well-spoken Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing client relations. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while effectively communicating with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions and meet monthly targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
Present product offerings to clients and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
Ad hoc duties as requested by management
Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

Requirements:
Grade 12 or Equivalent
3-5 years in the same or similar role in the warehouse and retail industry
2 years driving experience with a code 8 or 10 driver's license
Physically fit to do the above-mentioned job
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects.

Pay: R6000,00 per month
