Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support and service outside of standard business hours, ensuring smooth operations in the evening and over weekends. Navigate and manage multiple online systems, processing requirements swiftly to meet and exceed customer expectations. Utilize your excellent PC skills to keep our digital world running smoothly. Employ your superb communication skills to interact with customers and team members, solving problems and driving sales with a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements

Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible approach to shift patterns. Proven experience in a role requiring excellent PC and communication skills. Ability to work in a high-paced environment, with efficiency and accuracy. Experience in sales or a customer-oriented role is highly advantageous.
